Vice President, Presbyterian Homes of Georgia
Alex joined Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, Inc. in November 2009 as Senior Executive Director of Presbyterian Home, Quitman, Inc., and in January 2015 he was promoted to Vice President. Alex has more than 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry dating back to December 2001 when he was the youngest licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia. From then, until he joined Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, he served as the administrator of several skilled nursing centers in Georgia and South Carolina, the operations director for a medical supply company and the Chief System Officer of a regional hospital in Valdosta, Georgia. Alex has served in various state-level healthcare industry leadership positions such as President of the Georgia Chapter of American College of Healthcare Administrators, Southwest Council President of the Georgia Healthcare Association and Board Member for the Georgia Healthcare Association.
Cameron comes to us with over 8 years of experience in administrative roles in senior living and health care. Most recently, he held the position of executive director of long-term care at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida, a nonprofit organization sponsored by the Christian and Missionary Alliance Foundation. Prior to that, Cameron served as executive director at Sava Senior Care Consulting: Dunwoody Health and Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Cameron is a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration; he is currently working on his master’s degree in health care administration. Though Cameron is a native North Carolinian, he and his wife, Kristen, have long held Georgia in their hearts. With Kristen’s parents residing in Gainesville, GA, they’ve been looking forward to making the move back for the love and family support during their children’s younger years.
Director of Sales
From Susan’s educational and work experiences comes a dedication to understanding the needs of both individuals and groups. As a former school psychologist with more than 30 years in the public sector, she has a passion for guiding, encouraging and partnering with individuals in their important life decisions. Her work with multiple senior communities is characterized by commitment to positive team interaction that supports all those at Presbyterian Village Athens. Susan is a graduate of Kent State University.
Jennifer joined the Presbyterian Village Athens team with more than 10 years of sales and operations experience in the senior living industry. She has been instrumental in creating intergenerational programs in her communities that promote the importance of communication and personal interaction at every age. Presbyterian Village Athens gives her an opportunity to blend her knowledge to create a unique and exceptional experience for each prospective resident she supports. A native of Georgia, Jennifer grew up just west of Athens and attended the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Outgoing and dedicated, Ronnie is a true professional that has garnered a reputation for going above and beyond for everyone she works with. Before joining our team at Presbyterian Village Athens, Ronnie spent well over a decade working in business development and relationship management for a senior living community in Columbus, Ohio. Ronnie brings to our Presbyterian Village Athens team the ability to cultivate genuine relationships and making all those around her feel at ease. Ronnie is a graduate of Marshall University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
Buffie brings to our Presbyterian Village Athens team more than 15 years of experience in business management, human resources, accounting, property management and real estate. She combines vision and leadership with personalized service and attention to detail to create the best client service experience, and she will help you feel right at home at Presbyterian Village Athens. Buffie is a graduate of Gainesville College.
